I have a makes sense <b>loan</b> for a 680 fico borrower in UT. Borrower will be lowering monthly <b>mortgage</b> payment with the <b>loan</b>. We had a DU Approve Eligible but lender lowered income and now it sits just outside the approval. Any ideas? <b>...</b>
